New to CrossFit? No problem, we recommend that you start with our foundations course to get your feet wet. At the end of this course you will be more comfortable with the variety of movements that are used in CrossFit classes. This course also allows a coach to work more closely with you in a smaller setting to ensure questions are answered and technique is understood.
