GETTING STARTED

STEP #1: SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRO SESSION

Your session is our chance to get to know you because, well, we need to know how we can help you. Your intro session will end with a short workout. With that in mind, wear something comfortable that you can move in, bring some water, and a towel if you want it. The workout will be about 30 minutes long and we will be right there with you every second.

STEP #2 – ATTEND FOUNDATIONS

Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. There are some complicated movements we use in our group classes. Foundations is designed to teach you the proper mechanics behind what we do. This will also give us an opportunity to address any injuries, health concerns, or range of motion issues you might have. You’ll learn how to safely participate in group classes and get the most out of our program!

STEP #3: SELECT A MEMBERSHIP

Once you’ve attended your free intro session, and you’re ready to get started, contact us to find a membership that fits you best.

STEP #4: ATTEND CLASS & GET FIT!

You’ve made it to the most important step! Now all you have to do is show up and be ready to have a little fun while you’re getting a workout.
