Ingredients
1 scoop ascent protein cappuccino flavor
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Turn on waffle maker
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well combined
Spray waffle maker with cooking spray and pour 1/4 of blended mix
